*Joe is 9 years old and a student at Van R. Butler Elementary School in Walton County. He has a spinal chord injury and is paralyzed from the shoulders down. Joe mixes his own paint and draws and paints with a pointer velcroed to his cap. Joe is an inspiration to all.
Congratulations to Joe for his winning entry for Northwest Florida Legislative Day 2005 Artwork! Excellent!
